Raine Laluna is the founder of WAV3 and an active leader of Web3 Cebu. She relentlessly builds and interacts with different communities such as gamers, developers, students, and entrepreneurs to steer them into the growth and development of Web3.

Raine is also a pioneer member of Superteam Philippines and has organized multiple monthly events in Cebu. This coming late July, Raine will be spearheading multiple events called CONN3CT where it will tackle different topics and sectors of Web3 basics.

Juliane Indiongco

Juliane Indiongco, a Growth Lead of Internet Computer Protocol’s Philippine Hub. Previously, she was also one of the pioneering Filipino speakers at NFT NYC 2024. Bea Llana is a commercial financial analyst for BreederDAO, an NFT asset factory for blockchain games and one of the heads for Web3PH. Bea has also been active in participating crypto events and was a guest speaker at Draper Startup House’s Bitcoin, Beer, & Stories Event.
