Gracy Chen, the newly appointed CEO of Bitget, shared her excitement about leading the company forward. Bitget welcomed Gracy Chen as its first Managing Director (MD) in June 2022, entrusting her with the responsibility of spearheading the company's growth strategies as it embarks on its global expansion plan. Yet, her journey originated as a distinguished TV host who found herself drawn into the world of blockchain technology.

With 25 million users, Bitget has solidified its position as a top player in futures and spot trading.
Moreover, she learned about the Managing Director (MD) opening at Bitget from a friend, which piqued her interest. Given her previous investment in Bitkeep, she was already familiar with the Bitget team, leading to her important decision to join the exchange.
She added that, “After conversing with each member of the Bitget management team, their demonstrated capability, motivation, and high ethical standards convinced me of Bitget’s potential. Despite the competition from well-established exchanges, their sincerity and reliability inspired me to take on the challenge together.”
Her vision is steering the company towards a future where cryptocurrency becomes more mainstream. The strategic plan includes strengthening the Bitget ecosystem through targeted investments, establishing connections between traditional finance and cryptocurrency for institutional and retail users, and introducing innovative products like the Bitget Card to seamlessly incorporate cryptocurrency into daily activities.
Further, Gracy, the driving force behind the BlockchainForYouth movement, recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. Launched in 2023 with a $10 million funding pledge until 2028, Blockchain4Youth mirrors Bitget's core mission of advancing web3 adoption and motivating individuals to adopt crypto and blockchain.
Over the course of a year, the initiative has forged partnerships with 50+ educational institutions and empowered over 6,000 young talents.
