An ambitious crypto trading group based from Cebu called Colon Street Bets is set to educate beginners in and out of their community. Julrey Sedeno, Marco Buenavides, and Simon Cebedo are three talented students who took the initiative to build a community that fosters growth between each other and provide a platform for individuals to both provide and gain valuable insights. From discussions about spot trading, leverage trading, fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and more, Colon Street Bets aims to provide the best assistance for the sake of the growth of cryptocurrency trading in Cebu.

Can you give us a background of what CSB is?

Colon Street Bets is a Cebu-based Crypto Community that aims to educate and guide everyone, especially newcomers to the crypto market.  Our community not only covers trading but all aspects of crypto that are available in the space. We made it so that if you're new to crypto we can guide you to the end which is to make generational money and other opportunities that are waiting to be uncovered.

Initially, we created Colon Street Bets as a trading community here in Cebu. hence the name Colon Street, the oldest street in Cebu, and bets for trading. As time goes on, we’ve made a lot of mistakes that could have been easily prevented if we were under the guidance of someone experienced. As we matured in the market, Our small community is getting larger year by year. The founders of CSB mastered their expertise and stepped up to teach our experience to our newbies to guide them to a better path than we had experienced.

This might not be the motto for the founders but as a community, “we experienced everything so you don't have to,” 

What made you interested in Crypto and Web3?

To keep things short we got tired of waiting 10% of growth into our portfolio for 1 year in the stock market so we transferred to crypto.  Web3 is a new space for us,  we now then realized what we are doing as a community is applicable in Web3.

What’s your proudest achievement in Web3? Creating this community, we never imagined that CSB would be much bigger than it was before. But the culture we created still lives on to our new members.

If there’s something you would like to change in your Web3 journey, what would it be?

A better start, if i new back during 2022 that web3 will change the game, i would have taken that opportunity better than now 

What’s the biggest problem that you think Web3 can solve?

Web3 is already the tool to solve most of the problems out there, we just need to discover it slowly. It's an evolving space. Before web3 was about solving the problem of decentralization but now it's different. There are more opportunities present and more to be uncovered 

What’s your BTC price prediction in 2030?

The price of Bitcoin is limitless, it will definitely be more valuable in the future compared to today. The price of Bitcoin may reach $1 million but anything goes with the insanity and virility of this industry.
