In the Davao AgriTrade Expo 2024, Kenneth James Berey, the CEO and Founder of ConnectWeb3, will be discovering the use cases of blockchain technology in agriculture. The Davao AgriTrade Expo 2024 will occur on September 19 to 21 at the SMX Convention Center, Lanang, Davao City. With the theme of “Agriculture 4.0: Transforming Agribusiness to the digital age”, this becomes a key opportunity for the Web3 industry to enter and disrupt industries for its betterment. 

The event will include big names in politics, such as Senatorial Candidate Camille Villar and Mayor Baste Duterte, where Kenneth hopes to enlighten the audience on how cutting-edge blockchain technology can help agriculture. Kenneth will be exploring the topic around the use of blockchain in data management and security. Considering Mindanao being the fruit basket of the Philippines, there’s a lot of opportunity that is yet to be discovered for blockchain to integrate itself into big data for agriculture.
