OpenGuild and Web3 Bulacan launched BYAHENG PILIPINAS, a bootcamp and hackathon series aimed at helping Filipino developers, students, and tech enthusiasts build their skills in Web3 technology. The program is supported by Polkadot, a leading blockchain network focused on interoperability and decentralized innovation.

BYAHENG PILIPINAS is a 10-week program combining a six-week bootcamp and a four-week hackathon. Participants will learn blockchain development, create smart contracts, and explore the Polkadot SDK. The program will conclude with a Grand Demo Day in Manila, where teams will showcase their projects. With a $10,000 prize pool and opportunities for grants and acceleration programs, BYAHENG PILIPINAS aims to encourage collaboration, spark innovation, and strengthen the Web3 community in the Philippines.
