Introducing Romelia Manzano, also known as “Harley”, a community manager with an extensive experience in building communities in Web3 under her belt. She is currently a Project Manager for Player One Universe, an open Web3 platform that enables Discord and NFT communities to  build their own virtual worlds and create AI generated avatars from their profiles and PFPs.

She is also the founder of a community called The Cult, originally named “Harley’s Cult”, a group of community managers that empower and support each other. She dedicates her skills, time, and value towards the Web3 community as she cultivates and encourages the people around her to strive to become the very best in working in Web3.

Can you give us a background of what you do?

Hi! I am Harley, I am a Community Manager. I am dedicated to building and managing communities in Web3. Always passionate about making waves through impactful assistance, especially within Web3. I am also the founder of my own community called “The Cult”, originally “Harley’s Cult”. It is a group of community managers that empower and support each other.

What made you interested in Web3?

I got interested in web3 because of the “airdrops” initially but now I saw the potential of its technology to change lives just like it changes mine.

How is working/building in Web3 different from other industries?

Building in Web3 is different because of the community. It feels amazing to be part of something, it feels good to have a purpose and Web3 gives you that.

What’s your proudest achievement in Web3?

My proudest moment, when someone came to me and said “I wanna be like you, I wanna learn from you". I felt that I am doing the right thing and now I have my own community “The Cult'', originally from “Harley’s Cult”. I created a group for community managers to support each other's projects. It then became larger and it's now a community of Asian and African Web3 enthusiasts, aiming to provide more opportunities to our fellow countrymen.

What’s the biggest problem that you think Web3 can solve?

The biggest problem that Web3 can solve? Poverty. If only there is a way that we can educate everyone about DeFi and other opportunities in web3. 

What’s your BTC price prediction in 2030?

Being optimistic about where Web3 and Cryptocurrency is headed, I believe we will hit a price of $1 million dollars by 2030.
